Easy Crab Imperial
Saw this viral recipe on Instagram and had to try it out. Was a PERFECT accompaniment to a salad for dinner. If making more than 1 serving just multiply the ingredients, but I'd recommend cooking each portion in it's own ramekin.
Easy Crab Imperial

Ingredients:
6-oz. can or package of real crab meat
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbs. minced shallot
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 heaping Tbs. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Tony's seasonings (or any other salt-based seasoning mix you'd like)
1 Tbs. butter
For serving:
crostini, crackers, crudite, etc.
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
2. If using canned crab, drain and you can cook right in the can. Otherwise dump crab into an 8 oz. ramekin or dish.
3. Add all other ingredients (except butter) and mix well to combine.
4. Place butter on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubble.
5. Serve with desired accompaniments and enjoy!
