Kansas City Ice Water

A light, too-easy-to-drink classic cocktail. Simple ingredients, easy to make in batch and fun to play with different flavor infusions. Rye on the Plaza makes a divine version with a chamomile twist, and sub Reisling + soda water for Sprite.

KC Ice Water

from Hy-vee Test Kitchen

Ingredients:

1 oz. gin

1 oz. vodka

4 oz. lemon-lime soda

juice of 1 lime

lime peel, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a tall glass, fill with ice.

2. Add gin, vodka, and lime juice. 

3. Top with soda. 

4. Stir and twist lime peel to serve.
