Orange-Infused Rum Gimlets
Found this great recipe when cleaning out my liquor cabinet. Delicious and dangerous.
Orange-Infused Rum Gimlets

Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 375 ml white rum
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (curacao)
- ice
Instructions:
- Slice oranges into full- or half-moons. Put into pitcher and add rum. Cover and let stand overnight.
- Stir in lime juice and orange liqueur. Fill tall glass with ice and pour mix over to serve.
