Orange-Infused Rum Gimlets

Found this great recipe when cleaning out my liquor cabinet. Delicious and dangerous.

Orange-Infused Rum Gimlets
adapted from myrecipes

Ingredients:

• 2 oranges
• 375 ml white rum
• 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/2 cup orange liqueur (curacao)
• ice

Instructions:

1.  Slice oranges into full- or half-moons. Put into pitcher and add rum. Cover and let stand overnight.
2. Stir in lime juice and orange liqueur. Fill tall glass with ice and pour mix over to serve.
